In the context of M&A, post-merger integration processes, as well as restructuring, negotiations must always be conducted with management, employees and employee representatives. These negotiations are complex, interdependent and crucial to the success of the projects.

What we do

We support our clients by analysing the situation, improving the power position of our clients, coaching and / or leading negotiations on behalf of our clients in the following areas:

  • Negotiations of reconciliation of interests and social plans
  • Negotiations of in-house collective agreements
  • Negotiations with executives, managers and employees on new working conditions
  • Negotiations between individual project leaders / stream leaders of complex projects
  • Negotiations of severance and settlement agreements
